Undercover Shhh is a local, offline party game. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal details such as your real name, email address, or phone number in order to play.

1.1 Usage and Event Data (Firebase Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used so we can improve gameplay and user experience.
Examples of events we may track include:
- Opening the App
- Opening specific pages or screens
- Starting or finishing a game
- Selecting or playing a particular category or mode
This data is collected in an anonymised or aggregated form and is used for statistical and analytical purposes only. We do not use it to identify you as an individual.
1.2 Device and Technical Data (via Firebase)
When Firebase Analytics processes events, it may receive certain technical information from your device, such as:
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Language and region settings
This information helps us understand which devices and environments the App is running on so we can maintain compatibility and performance.
1.3 No Account, No Direct Identifiers
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect information such as your name, email address, postal address, or phone number within the App.
2. Apple Intelligence & On-Device Features
On supported devices, the App may interact with on-device Apple Intelligence or similar iOS features to enhance gameplay. Any AI processing we initiate is designed to run on your device, not on our own servers.
We do not receive the content processed by Apple Intelligence and we do not have access to any personal data that may be handled solely by your device or Apple’s systems.
3. How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the information described above to:
- Monitor how different game modes and categories are used
- Improve gameplay, pacing, and app design
- Identify and fix bugs or performance issues
- Plan future features and content
We do not sell your data and we do not use it to build a marketing profile about you.
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Firebase Analytics
We rely on Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google, to collect and process usage data for our App. Firebase may store and process this information on servers located in different countries.

5. Data Storage and Retention
Usage data collected via Firebase Analytics is stored by Firebase for the period necessary for us to analyse trends and improve the App. We do not store this data on our own separate servers.
Because we do not collect personal identifiers such as your name or email, we cannot normally identify specific individuals within this analytics data.
6. Children’s Privacy
Undercover Shhh is designed as a party game that may be played in mixed age groups. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The analytics data we receive is anonymised and does not allow us to identify individual children.
